§ 106-a. Health care proxy information. Any state agency, board,\nbureau, authority, commission, division, or other governmental entity\nperforming a governmental or proprietary function for the state that\nmaintains a public website and has a significant public interaction in\nthe field of public health shall, in consultation with the office of\ninformation technology services and the department of health, create a\nlink on their homepage to the health care proxy information on the\ndepartment of health's website. A state agency, board, bureau,\nauthority, commission, division, or other governmental entity performing\na governmental or proprietary function for the state which determines\nthat creating such link would create a financial hardship or which do\nnot have a significant public
