§ 131-l. Exclusion of agent orange benefits. A social services\nofficial shall disregard as income and resources in any program of\npublic assistance such sums as are required to be disregarded under\nsection two hundred thirty-five-a of the military law with respect to\nexposure to agent orange or phenoxy herbicides.\n
