* § 131-i. Social services districts; agreements. Subject to the\nprovisions of section one hundred nineteen-o of the general municipal\nlaw, social services districts may enter into agreements for the\nperformance among themselves or of one for another of any of their\nrespective functions, powers and duties on a cooperative or contract\nbasis or for the provision of a joint service; provided, however, that\nno such agreement shall result in any relocation of offices which would\nunreasonably diminish access to necessary services or unreasonably\nincrease unreimbursed travel for applicants for or recipients of public\nassistance or services.\n * NB There are 2 § 131-i's.\n
