§ 444-P — Judicial review
§ 444-p. Judicial review. The action of the secretary in suspending,\nrevoking, or refusing to issue or renew a license, or imposing an order\ndirecting the cessation of unlicensed activity or imposing a fine or\nreprimand may be reviewed by the supreme court in the manner provided by\narticle seventy-eight of the civil practice law and rules.\n
