§ 444-o. Violations and penalties for unlicensed activities. Any\nperson subject to an administrative order issued by the secretary\ndirecting the cessation of any activity for which a license is required\nand/or suspending or revoking a license previously issued who directly\nor indirectly engages in the business of home inspection, holds himself,\nherself, or itself out to the public as being able to engage in the\nbusiness of home inspection without a license therefor, engages in the\nbusiness of home inspection after having his or her license revoked or\nsuspended, or without a license to engage in the business of home\ninspection, directly or indirectly employs, permits or authorizes an\nunlicensed person to engage in the business of home inspection shall be\nguilty of a misdemeanor
