§ 442-j. Effect of invalid provision. Should the courts of this state\ndeclare any provision of this article unconstitutional, or unauthorized,\nor in conflict with any other section or provision of this article, then\nsuch decision shall affect only the section or provision so declared to\nbe unconstitutional or unauthorized and shall not affect any other\nsection or part of this article.\n
