§ 442-a. Compensation of salespersons; restrictions. No real estate\nsalesperson in any place in which this article is applicable shall\nreceive or demand compensation of any kind from any person, other than a\nduly licensed real estate broker with whom they associated, for any\nservice rendered or work done by such salesperson in the appraising,\nbuying, selling, exchanging, leasing, renting or negotiating of a loan\nupon any real estate.\n
