§ 414. Loss of duplicate certificate. If any duplicate certificate of\ntitle is lost or destroyed, the owner of the property or the current\ngrantee with proper certified deeds may file with the registrar a\nverified petition. Such petition shall conform to the form annexed\nhereto, which may be made available by the registrar. Upon filing of\nsuch petition, the registrar shall issue a new duplicate certificate,\nwhich shall contain a memorandum of the fact that it is issued in place\nand stead of the lost or destroyed certificate, and which shall be\nentitled to like faith and credit as the original duplicate certificate.\nAny previously issued owner's duplicate certificate of title becomes\nvoid and invalid.\n FORM\nArticle 12 Section 414 R.P.L.\nPetiti
