§ 307 — When certificate to state time and place
§ 307. When certificate to state time and place. When the\nacknowledgment or proof is taken by a commissioner of deeds appointed\npursuant to the laws of this state to take acknowledgments or proofs\nwithout this state, whether within or without the United States, the\ncertificate must also state the day on which, and the city or other\npolitical subdivision, and the state or country or other place in which,\nthe same was taken.\n
