§ 966 — Payment of proceeds directly to parties in cases involving decedent's property

§ 966. Payment of proceeds directly to parties in cases involving\ndecedent's property. Where the property has been sold free from the lien\nof debts and the court is furnished with the certificates described in\nsubdivision 2 of section 965, the final judgment shall direct payment of\nthe proceeds of sale to such parties as are entitled thereto.\n
