§ 408 — Trustees
§ 408. Trustees.
(a)The society shall be administered by its\ntrustees. The trustees shall be responsible to the members.\n (b) The by-laws shall provide for the term of office of the trustees\nand may provide for the division of the trustees into classes.\n
