§ 404. Formation of a new society. Five or more persons of full age\nmay form a corporation under this article by holding a meeting for\nincorporation in accordance with section four hundred two hereof, at\nwhich all of them shall be qualified voters. If the majority of those\nattending such meeting decide in favor of incorporation, a certificate\nof incorporation may be filed in accordance with section four hundred\nthree hereof.\n
