§ 407. Qualifications of members and voters.

(a)Each person admitted\nto membership pursuant to the by-laws shall be a member of the\ncorporation until his membership shall terminate by death, resignation\nor as otherwise provided in the by-laws.\n (b) Every member of the society shall be entitled to vote unless\notherwise provided in the by-laws. Every voting member shall be entitled\nto one vote. Voting shall be in person only and not by proxy.\n
