§ 119. Transfer of records. All books, papers, records and property of\nthe former division of the lottery and former racing and wagering board\nand its predecessors with respect to the functions, powers, duties and\nobligations transferred by this article are to be delivered to the\nappropriate successor offices within the commission, at such place and\ntime, and in such manner as the chair of the commission may require.\n
