§ 17. Certified copies of papers filed to be evidence. Copies of all\nofficial documents and orders filed or deposited according to law in the\noffice of the commission, certified by a commissioner or by the\nsecretary or assistant secretary of the commission to be true copies of\nthe originals, under the official seal of the division, shall be\nevidence in like manner as the originals.\n
