§ 151. Commission of gas and electricity abolished; effect thereof.\nThe commission of gas and electricity was abolished on July first,\nnineteen hundred and seven. All the powers and duties of such commission\nconferred and imposed by any statute of this state shall hereafter be\nexercised and performed by the public service commission.\n
