§ 150. Board of railroad commissioners abolished; effect thereof. The\nboard of railroad commissioners was abolished on July first, nineteen\nhundred and seven. All the powers and duties of such board conferred and\nimposed by any statute of this state shall hereafter be exercised and\nperformed by the public service commission.\n
