§ 205. Commissioner; compensation and expenses. The commissioner\nshall receive an annual salary not to exceed an amount appropriated\ntherefor by the legislature and his expenses actually and necessarily\nincurred in the performance of his official duties, unless otherwise\nprovided by the legislature.\n
