§ 2001. Physicians and facilities; duty to report. An attending\nphysician or a person representing or employed by a facility as defined\nby the commissioner shall report the existence of Alzheimer's disease to\nthe department when the physician or other person diagnoses or confirms\nthe presence of that illness.\n
