§ 2002 — Contents of report
§ 2002. Contents of report. The report as set forth in section two\nthousand one of this article shall be designated an Alzheimer's disease\nreport and shall contain information which the commissioner establishes\nas necessary to identify, locate and investigate the occurrence,\nfrequency, incidence, cause, effect and prognosis of Alzheimer's\ndisease, and other relevant data and findings with respect thereto.\n
