§ 2004. Duties of commissioner. The commissioner shall promulgate\nrules and regulations to implement the provisions of this article,\nincluding but not limited to:\n 1. defining a person representing or employed by a facility and\ndefining a person with a valid scientific interest;\n 2. establishing the form, content and manner of filing the Alzheimer's\ndisease report;\n 3. prescribing the permissible uses for the information made available\npursuant to this article; and\n 4. establishing procedures to maintain the confidentiality of\ninformation provided to persons pursuant to this article.\n
