§ 2019. Duties of the commissioner. The commissioner may promulgate\nany regulations necessary to implement the provisions of this article,\nincluding but not limited to:\n 1. establishing the form, content, and manner by which providers shall\nreport FTD disorders information into the registry established under\nsection two thousand seventeen of this article;\n 2. prescribing the permissible uses for the information made available\nunder this article; and\n 3. establishing procedures to maintain the confidentiality of\ninformation collected by providers and provided to members of the\ndepartment pursuant to this article. This shall include a procedure to\nensure that confidential patient information is deidentified prior to\nbeing provided to authorized participants under this articl
