§ 908. State and county not liable on authority bonds.
1.The state\nshall not be liable on the bonds or notes of the authority and such\nbonds or notes shall not be a debt of the state, and such bonds and\nnotes shall contain on the face thereof a statement to such effect.\n 2. The county shall not be liable on the bonds or notes of the\nauthority and such bonds or notes shall not be a debt of the county, and\nsuch bonds and notes shall contain on the face thereof a statement to\nsuch effect or a statement describing the county liability thereon, if\nany.\n
