§ 905. Transfer of officers and employees; civil service.
1.In\naccordance with the provisions of section seventy of the civil service\nlaw, any officer or employee of a municipality transferred to the\nauthority shall be eligible for such transfer and appointment, without\nfurther examination, to applicable offices, positions and employment\nunder the authority. Any such officers or employees so transferred to\nthe authority pursuant to this section, who are members of or benefit\nunder any existing pension or retirement fund or system, shall continue\nto have all rights, privileges, obligations and status with respect to\nsuch fund or system as are now prescribed by law.\n 2.
