§ 714. Members and employees not to be interested in transactions. It\nshall be a misdemeanor, punishable by fine or imprisonment, for any\nmembers of the board or any clerk, employee, architect, surveyor,\nengineer or superintendent appointed by the authority to be in any way\nor manner interested, directly or indirectly, in furnishing materials,\nsupplies or labor for the erection of a project or in any contract which\nsuch authority is empowered by this chapter to make.\n
