§ 3159. Transfer of records. Upon the transfer pursuant to section\nthirty-one hundred fifty-six of this title of the functions and powers\npossessed by and all of the obligations and duties of the New York state\noffice of science, technology and academic research as established\npursuant to article ten-B of the executive law to the foundation as\nprescribed by section thirty-one hundred fifty-six of this title, all\nbooks, papers, records and property pertaining to the New York state\noffice of science, technology and academic research shall be transferred\nto and maintained by the foundation.\n
