§ 3106 — Contributions to the corporation

§ 3106. Contributions to the corporation. Notwithstanding the\nprovisions of any general or special law or the provisions of any\ncertificate of incorporation, charter or other articles of organization,\nany corporation, association or person is hereby authorized to make\ncontributions to the corporation.\n
