§ 3101. Purposes of the corporation. The purposes of the corporation\nshall be to encourage and promote:\n 1. Scientific and technological education in the state; and\n 2. Basic and applied research and development in the state.\n 3. The development of new commercial products and the fabrication of\nsuch products in the state.\n The corporation shall encourage and promote cooperative efforts among\ngovernment, the private sector, and universities and colleges in the\nstate, for these purposes.\n
