§ 3102-G — Technology commercialization clinic program

§ 3102-g. Technology commercialization clinic program. The foundation\nshall establish a technology commercialization clinic program to be\nmanaged by the science and technology law center for the purposes of\nassisting New York universities, entrepreneurs and companies in\ncommercializing new products or processes.\n 1. Entities eligible to operate the program shall be competitively\nselected by the foundation and shall include business, law and\nengineering schools, and other academic research entities, located at\ncolleges and universities in the state.\n 2. Activities under this program shall be conducted by students\nsupervised by appropriate faculty and university administrators and\nshall include but not be limited to the following:\n (a) engaging in faculty-supervised projects
