§ 2800. Annual reports by authorities. 1. State authorities.

(a)For\nthe purpose of furnishing the state with systematic information\nregarding the status and the activities of public authorities, every\nstate authority continued or created by this chapter or any other\nchapter of the laws of the state of New York shall submit to the\ngovernor, the chairman and ranking minority member of the senate finance\ncommittee, the chairman and ranking minority member of the assembly ways\nand means committee, the state comptroller, and the authorities budget\noffice, within ninety days after the end of its fiscal year, a complete\nand detailed report or reports setting forth:
(1)its operations and\naccomplishments;
(2)its financial reports, including (i) audited\nfinancials in accordance with
