§ 2801. Budget reports by authorities.

1.State authorities. Every\nstate authority or commission heretofore or hereafter continued or\ncreated by this chapter or any other chapter of the laws of the state of\nNew York shall submit to the governor, the chair and ranking minority\nmember of the senate finance committee, the chair and ranking minority\nmember of the assembly ways and means committee and the authorities\nbudget office, for their information, annually not more than one hundred\ntwenty days and not less than ninety days before the commencement of its\nfiscal year, in the form submitted to its members or trustees, budget\ninformation on operations and capital construction setting forth the\nestimated receipts and expenditures for the next fiscal year and the\ncurrent fiscal ye
