§ 2660. Request for state assistance.
1.Should the chairman of the\nauthority determine that state assistance is necessary for the authority\nto achieve its lawful goals, powers and purposes, the chairman may\nannually may make and deliver to the director of the budget, the\nchairman of the senate finance committee and the chairman of the\nassembly ways and means committee a request for financial support for\nthe operation of the authority for the forthcoming fiscal year of the\nstate. The request for financial support shall delineate the total\namount needed by the authority from the state to achieve its lawful\ngoals, powers and purposes, the source of all funds that the authority\nexpects to receive from all other sources, and such other information as\nthe director of the budget, t
