§ 2617. Moneys of the authority.

1.The moneys of the authority shall\nbe retained by it and deposited in a general account and such other\naccounts as the authority may deem necessary for the transaction of its\nbusiness, and shall be paid out on checks signed by the president/chief\nexecutive officer of the authority or by such other members or officers\nas the authority may authorize.\n 2. The comptroller of the state and his legally authorized\nrepresentatives are hereby authorized and empowered from time to time to\nexamine the accounts and books of the authority including its receipts,\ndisbursements, contracts, investments and any other matters relating to\nits financial standing.\n
