§ 2632. Hudson-Mohawk urban cultural park commission. A commission to\nbe known as the "Hudson-Mohawk urban cultural park commission" is hereby\ncreated.\n 1. Such commission shall be a body corporate and politic, constituting\na public benefit corporation.\n 2. The commission shall have a board of directors which shall consist\nof ten voting members, as follows:\n (a) The mayor of the city of Troy.\n (b) The mayor of the village of Waterford.\n (c) The supervisor of the town of Waterford.\n (d) The mayor of the city of Cohoes.\n (e) The mayor of the village of Green Island.\n (f) The mayor of the city of Watervliet.\n (g) The supervisor of the town of Colonie.\n (h) A resident official or employee of Saratoga county appointed by\nand serving at the pleasure of the board of sup
