§ 29.07 Continuance of rules and regulations. All rules, regulations,\nacts, ordinances, determinations and decisions of any board, trust,\ncouncil or commission pertaining to the functions, powers and duties\ntransferred to the office, in effect at the time of such transfer, shall\ncontinue in force and effect as rules, regulations, acts, determinations\nand decisions of the office until duly modified or abrogated by the\ncommissioner.\n
