§ 29.01 Transfer of powers, functions, duties, employees and property.\nThe powers, functions, duties, employees and property of any trust or\ncommission abolished by this act, of any council or commission continued\nby this act, unless otherwise provided, or of the office of parks and\nrecreation, are hereby continued in or transferred to the office, as\ncontinued by this act.\n
