§ 29.05 Completion of unfinished business. Any business or other\nmatter undertaken or commenced by any board, trust, council or\ncommission pertaining to or connected with the functions, powers and\nduties transferred to the office by the provisions of this act, and\npending on the effective date of this act, may be conducted and\ncompleted by the office in the same manner and under the same terms and\nconditions and with the same effect as if conducted and completed by\nsuch board, trust, council or commission.\n
