§ 19.27 Limitations on actions by the office. The procedures set\nforth in sections 19.14, 19.15, 19.16, 19.17, 19.18 and 19.19 of this\narticle shall not be available to the office unless the office shall\nhave fully complied with section 19.25 of this article. In the event\nthat the office shall have failed to comply with such section, any\naction by the office shall be governed by the period of limitations that\nwould have applied in the absence of this article.\n
