§ 19.13 Definitions. As used in this article:\n 1. "Claimant" means a person who asserts ownership or some other legal\nright to undocumented property held by the office.\n 2. "Loan" means a deposit of property with the office not accompanied\nby a transfer to the office of title to the property.\n 3. "Lender" means a person whose name appears on the records of the\noffice as the person legally entitled to, or claiming to be legally\nentitled to, property held by the office or, if deceased, the legal\nheirs of such person.\n 4. "Lender's address" means the most recent address for the lender\nshown on the office's records pertaining to the property on loan, or if\nthe lender is deceased, the last known address of the legal heirs of\nsuch lender.\n 5.
