§ 19.01 Purpose. Certain historic sites heretofore have been\nestablished or designated by law. Pending further developments in the\nreorganization of the office, such sites are continued pursuant to the\nprovisions of this article, subject to the commissioner's general powers\nof reorganization pursuant to section 3.07. Any historic sites hereafter\nshall be established or designated by the commissioner pursuant to the\napplicable provisions of this chapter.\n
