§ 45-c. Special provisions relating to reckless operation and speed on\nConesus lake.

1.Notwithstanding any other provisions of this chapter or\nany inconsistent local laws (a) every pleasure vessel operated on\nConesus lake within the county of Livingston, shall be operated in a\ncareful and prudent manner, in such a way as not to unreasonably\ninterfere with or endanger any other vessel or person; a violation of\nthis paragraph shall be a misdemeanor punishable as set forth in section\nseventy-three-b of this article; and (b) no vessel shall be operated on\nsuch lake at a speed exceeding forty-five miles per hour nor shall any\npleasure vessel be operated at a speed exceeding twenty-five miles per\nhour between one-half hour after sunset and one-half hour before\nsunrise; a violation
