§ 45-aaaaa. Special provisions relating to reckless operation and\nspeed on Lake Alice.
1.Notwithstanding any other provisions of this\nchapter or any inconsistent local laws (a) every pleasure vessel\noperated on Lake Alice within Orleans county, shall be operated in a\ncareful and prudent manner, in such a way as not to unreasonably\ninterfere with or endanger any other vessel or person; a violation of\nthis paragraph is a misdemeanor punishable as set forth in section\nseventy-three-b of this article; and (b) no vessel shall be operated on\nsuch lake at a speed exceeding thirty-five miles per hour; a violation\nof this paragraph shall be a violation punishable as set forth in\nsection seventy-three-c of this article.\n 2.
