§ 196 — Reports

§ 196. Reports. The commissioner and the administrator shall make an\nannual report to the legislature and the governor which shall describe\nthe quality and quantity of spills of petroleum, the costs and damages\npaid by and recovered for the fund, and moneys spent pursuant to\nsubdivision three of section one hundred eighty-six of this article\nincluding amounts spent for oil spill prevention and training activities\nconducted, and equipment purchased, and the economic and environmental\nimpact on the state as a result of the administration of this article.\n
