§ 187 — Reimbursements of moneys to fund

§ 187. Reimbursements of moneys to fund. The administrator shall\nrecover to the fund moneys disbursed for the following purposes:\n 1. Costs incurred by the fund in the cleanup and removal of a\ndischarge when the person responsible for causing a discharge has failed\nto promptly clean up and remove the discharge to the satisfaction of the\ndepartment;\n 2. Costs incurred by the fund in the payment of claims for direct and\nindirect damages, as defined in section one hundred eighty-one of this\narticle; and\n 3. All penalties assessed pursuant to this article.\n
