§ 181-d. Enforcement of environmental lien. An environmental lien may\nbe enforced against the property specified in the notice of\nenvironmental lien, and an environmental lien may be vacated or\ndischarged, as prescribed in article three of the lien law; provided,\nhowever, that nothing in this article or in article three of the lien\nlaw shall affect the right of the fund to bring an action to recover\ncleanup and removal costs and damage costs under section one hundred\neighty-one, one hundred eighty-seven, one hundred eighty-eight or one\nhundred ninety of this part.\n
