§ 327. Saving clauses. The provisions of this chapter shall supersede\nany local law, ordinance, resolution or regulation of municipalities to\nwhich this chapter is applicable, but shall not affect or impair any act\ndone, offense committed or right accruing, accrued or acquired, or\nliability, penalty, forfeiture or punishment incurred or imposed prior\nto the time this chapter takes effect, but the same may be enjoyed,\nasserted, enforced, prosecuted or inflicted as fully and to the same\nextent and same manner as if such provisions had not been enacted.\n
