§ 263. Amendatory and repealing statutes. No section or provision of\nthis chapter or any part thereof shall be deemed to be repealed, altered\nor amended by any statute passed by the legislature unless such statute\nexplicitly refers to this chapter as the military law, or by its other\ntitles as part of the general laws or annual legislation and explicitly\nrepeals, alters or amends the same or some part thereof.\n
