§ 262. Customs and usage of the armed forces of the United States.\nAll matters relating to the organization, discipline and government of\nthe organized militia, not otherwise provided for in this chapter or in\nregulations issued pursuant thereto, shall be decided by the customs and\nusage of the appropriate force or forces of the armed forces of the\nUnited States.\n
