§ 79.27 Filing and recording of papers and copies of public records to\n be furnished.\n The official, charged with the responsibility of receiving public\nrecords for filing and recording, shall receive any such public records\npertaining to the appointment, discharge, or removal of any guardian of\na claimant of the veterans' administration where such appointment,\ndischarge, or removal is required by said administration, and file and\nwhen necessary record same without charge to the claimant or his estate,\nand likewise shall any papers be received and filed and when necessary\nrecorded without charge where incidental proceedings develop, including\ncourt orders for the expenditure of funds for support and maintenance of\na ward or his dependents, and issuance of certified cop
