§ 79.01 Definitions. As used in this article:\n The term "person" includes a partnership, corporation, or an\nassociation.\n The term "administration" means the United States veterans'\nadministration or its successor.\n The terms "estate" and "income" shall include only moneys received by\nthe guardian from the administration and all earnings, interest, and\nprofits derived therefrom.\n The term "benefits" shall mean all moneys payable by the United States\nthrough the administration.\n The term "director" means the director of the United States veterans'\nadministration or his successor.\n The term "ward" means a beneficiary of the administration.\n The term "guardian" as used herein shall mean any person acting as a\nfiduciary for a ward.\n
